For 2 consecutive summers I have had birds getting trapped in the piping work in my bathroom which is tiled in. This is very upsetting. I want someone to identify how they are getting in and blocking this off so that it doesn't happen again. I called someone in the first time and they said they had sorted it but it happened again last year.
