Hiya. I've been helping to my friend to strip out his bathrom ( newbuild house about 4 years old) and we noticed that soil pipe from toilet is running through joist acros 2 rooms. Ijoist 225 with chipboard web i dont know the correct name of it. But is that legal? Or he schould make a claim?
