Heating and hot water

If i just put the hot water on my rads get red hot and the hot water is only warm, i have changed the 3 port valve, the cylinder stat and the room stat but no joy. I do not have a combi boiler so have no diverter valve. Any help please

Hi there definitely wiring issue you need to get wiring checked..
