My en-suite shower was leaking and had ran through to my downstairs ceiling ruining it. I contacted peter on trust a trader who came out and supposedly fixed the leak among a few other bits. I then privately got my ceiling fixed.
A week later the ceiling started leaking again thus ruining my newly fixed ceiling. I contacted peter who was very slow to respond and evasive. I eventually got him to come out 2 weeks after I’d re contacted him. He said he didn’t know and if it happened again to take a picture and contact him. It has repeatedly happened again and Peter is now ignoring me. Peter had resealed shower when he came as he thought that was the problem- it obviously wasn’t. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am scared of being ripped off again
