My pipes constantly make a banging noise every 10 seconds. Toilet is constantly running. Turned stop clock off but after 10 mins water is still coming out taps, shower and toilet. Banging stops when stop clock is off. Where stop clock is when it's off it sounds like air is rushing through the pipe. Toilet is still running
