No it can be fitted before the floor as long as you know the height of the floor it’s worth while thinking of the kitchen cabinets position before fitting to make sure that you will have access once fitted

Hi, could anyone advise me on the replacement of the supply pipe. Does the internal flooring need to be lifted to do this job?
