Is the immersion tripping out? There should be a reset on it! This is a fairly complex issue, many possible answers. Like if the two port valve is working, or if it’s getting water from the boiler?
No hot water in cylinder tank.Keeps shutting off

I have had a new cylinder tank fitted with immersion and thermostat but after 13 hours, i have no hot water again. Immersion been replaced again with new thermostats and problem still exists. I get hot water when they renew it and the following morning i have no hot water. Any ideas?
