You can buy a kit for outdoor taps. Or an outdoor tap with a double check valve, bayonet fitting, T piece to cut into water feed, isolation valve, pipe cutters, drill to go through wall, screws/plugs to fix it, sleeping as it goes through wall. Or look for a plumber it should cost around £50, but find someone who they have done it for as a recommendation

For a DIYer buy a specific outdoor tap kit. A tap with a non return valve, a bayonet to fit it too, isolation valve, connection to water feed (a T fitting), drill to go through wall, screws/plugs to fix it. But you should find a little cal plumber to do a professional job for around £50. Look for recommendations locally
