I had real problems with my boiler that eventually I got sorted. The combi boiler is in the kitchen with the timer device and thermostat panel beside it. As the engineer was going out the door they said to always keep the red light on, of one of those two. Now, I've just put the heating on for the first time in 7 months, and I can't remember which one it is they were referring to. Thanks.
