I have a bathroom towel rail that is not warming up
.Ive tried bleeding the radiator
.Changing the valves
.flushing the radiator itself
. Putting a hose onto the return pipe to try and flush that without any prevail
I believe the return pipe is blocked as if i disconnect the radiator at the return the feed pipe warms up and water starts flowing,
Is there anything i can do without stripping the floor boards up and finding the blockage that way?
