I have moved into a new build 4 years ago. There are 6 floors and the 2nd to the 4th are the same layout. I’m on the 3rd floor and there is. There are currently 2 soil stacks.
The one in my bedroom is making a lot ticking noise and random times.
The one in the kitchen is when someone is using the water.
Who’s responsibility is to fix and who will this as I’m a leaseholder
