Is there a minimum standard flow rate for shower heads? I am in a new build, and the developer has fitted a restrictor to the shower head hose and the flow is 3.75l/min, which is extremely poor. I've looked at BS EN 806-3 and it seems to assume around ~7l/m. Can anybody help? thanks.
