Hi Kerry If the tap is already installed it may just be that the isolation valve is turned off, if you can trace the pipework back you can check to see if this is the case. The valve will have a screw in it, if the slot of the screw is paralell to the pipe then it's on, if it's at 90degrees it's off. Ed
