We have a leak coming from the waste pipe joining with another pipe from the stack, I believe water is getting through the rubber sealent inside and escaping, we have tried tape and also repair patches nothing is working, we will eventually replace the whole thing but want a temporary fix until then as this is now effecting our dealing with stains and we’re afraid will eventually cause ceiling to collapse
