We paid £3,000 for new boiler, we had to have trv valves fitted to radiators. 3 of the radiators leaked after they fitted valves. Each time they called we got a bill for £250, they said the pipework was no good. We are not happy paying for this as we feel it should be included in the money already paid for fitting. They said pipework is not their problem, surely they should have known this when quoting
