Yesterday, one plumber found from rated people came over to fix water leak by replacing a cistern ballvalve. After he left we found there is some noise after flush and water flowing down into toilet consistently, Today the noise becomes unbearable - too loud and no stop at all. Have tried every way (phone call, text) from last evening up to now to contact the plumber, so far I cannot get any reply at all - seems he disappear ! Can anyone advise me how to fix this problem ?
