So last night our dual washer shutoff valve decided to go. The screw for the hot water broke off inside the fitting. Now I need some help, if possible.
1) The fitting is a small brass piece with a hole in the side. Thats where the screw for the shutoff vavle screws into. I need to know the name of that piece so I can find out how to remove it cause no matter how hard I try, its stuck.
2) The cold water screw on the shutoff valve seems to not want to budge. Any tips on getting it to release?
