Hi I need help diagnosing a problem with my mixer shower. I have a KN2 SHXARR C Bristan mixer shower. The water is running cold. I’ve tried servicing the original cartridge and tried fitting a new cartridge. However I’m still getting cold water. Hot water is coming through the left elbow. Any ideas what might be causing the problem? Also the new cartridge doesn’t shut the water off completely and is letting water through. Thanks James.
