The sink in my bathroom the cold tap is not working but the hot tap is is and in my bath which is in the same room the hot and the cold are both running and also my shower is a mixer and that is running hot and cold as well I am curious as to what could be the problem with this one tap and also wonder if a single tap or single pipe in my house could freeze as the temperature outside is -6
