We have a downstairs toilet (and sink) and small utility room combined. The utility room has two washing machines and a small amount of storage. Being that it already has plumbing for the sink and toilet and water and outlets for the washing machines, would it be relatively easy to remove the washing machines and storage area and replace them with a shower? I would like to create a wet room for the dog and kids after muddy walks / football etc.
