We moved to an area with soft water,since then my hair is limp, no body and gets dirtier faster, which I've never experienced before;anywhere I've lived. The one thing I can't figure out is, when I have my hair done at different area salons, it feels "normal". Could it possibly be our pipes? We.had the house built about 8 years ago. I'm at my wits end!!
