My upstairs toilet is used as normal but over the last 4 days after flushing there is a slow gradual build up of murky yellowish water that lays beneath the cleaner water at the top of the bowl. This is happening after every flush. The build up in discoloration takes a bit of time but its visable every time we go to the bathroom. We have tried bleach over night but the problem still remains
