3 floor flat. Hot water immersion heater located on the first floor, with a water booster pump. Shower and kitchen located on the 2nd Floor. Cold water tank located on the 3rd floor, with no booster pump, gravity fed. Water flow in shower is either scorching or cold, with hot water running out quickly.
The initial issue was low shower pressure with hot. So installed a pump by the hot water tank. That is when the shower water temp issue started.
Not sure how to resolve this. Get a water booster pump installed at the cold water tank or a shower pump. The shower are is limited and would require breaking into tiles. its a shower in bath.
