Shower mixer bar no hot water

We have had or cold water supply upgraded from gravity to pump pressurised. Hot water from upstairs gravity fed to ixer bar. Cleaned & re o ed both bar filters . But cget a not shower. There is plenty of hot water from th hand basin on same supply.?
