Instantaneous Electric Water Heater (for the whole household)

Hi,
We have an electric two bedroom apartment (no gas supply), and an old unpressurised cylinder with a pump and a tank above. Is there any option on the market to replace that with an instantaneous electric water heater, capable of supplying the whole household?
