Smell from Cupboard containing Washing Machine and Waste Pipes

Hi,
I've recently had a new washer dryer installed and there is now a foul smell coming from the cupboard. I believe they may have knocked the waste pipe in the cupboard during installation. Not sure which service I require to have this looked at. Please can someone advise.
