Hi, I had a boiler installed 2 months ago and didn't receive the paperwork for the Gas safe, building regulations nor the papers for the Idea warranty. The plumber says he will sort it but never has. It was stated on the quote/invoice. Is it compulsory to provide this after installation?
Another thing is there is no circulating pump on the hot return, he says that this is because the pressure is already good. enough. does that make sense?
