Mould cau by leaks from Boiler which was replaced 2 weeks ago

I have mould growing on floor boards in my sons bedroom in our North London flat and the semll is preventing him form sleeping and is waking up feeling sick and with awful smell. Mould has been caused by old gas heating boiler and water boiler leaking and both boilers were replaced 2 weeks ago by British gas but mould keeps coming back eben though son has removed floor board and has treated surrounding floor baords
