What category of tradesman do I need?

I wish to reconfigure a small shower room (large cupboard size), a small bathroom, and a section of corridor to make one larger bathroom. This will involve building work (taking down walls, installing supporting beam0, plumbing and ventilation work, bathroom fitter work, and tiling/lighting work. What sort of tradesman should I be looking for?
