I had venetian blinds made to measure and fitted 2 years ago and the Bay window was never flush as it is in 3 sections. He said he would come back and make a pelmet to hide it. To cut to the chase, due to the fitter's ill health it is only now that I have managed to get him to agree to come back to do the pelmet but he said that he will contact me tonight with a quote? Can he charge me again to put up a pelmet to hide what should have been right from the start. What are my rights? Do I have to pay for a cover as he was paid in full for the work but it also states on the invoice in his own writing that the windows are incomplete?
