Who should I call if my fridge freezer is no longer cooling properly? Food is defrosting within 3 of the middle compartments of the freezer and the indicator light is orange not green as normal. Food inside the fridge is decaying much faster than the date of expiry and there is water collecting on the back of the fridge. The appliances are over 10 years old now and I wanted to know if it would be more cost effective to repair or replace them?
