This is just an idea..... I would suggest you contact a company called Koster , they do polyurethane foams . You could make a mix of liquid and pour it to the wall at low level . When the foam expands, it will fill the cavity .

HELLO, I WOULD LIKE TO THINK THEY WILL BUT IF YOU CAN GET THEM TO DO A SURVEY FOR HOUSE THEN TELL THEM WHAT YOU RE-QUIRE THEY MAY CARRY-OUT WORK.
