My hot water is not working properly. I still get very hot water but it becomes unreliable.One min it was Ok and then next min it becomes cold etc. I was told it was heat exchange problem and fixed in April this year and it was expensive. Now it happened again last week. I called the same plumber again and he said I need power flush first but he cannot grantee it will work, If it does not work, he said I need to change another exchange system and quote is about 1000 GBP. So I called British gas Engineer and now British Gas engineer said it was due to fault in Flues system! He said heat exchange blocked and unable to fix because of it. I am confused. Radiators are still working only water. My system is Worcester! Please advise me.
