Artex ceiling with Asbestos - removal

Hi, I am currently in the process of buying a property with two rooms which have Artex ceilings in. I asked the vendor when the Artex was done and he didn't know so before i get tests done to see if there is asbestos present i wanted to get an idea of how much it would be to: removed the Artex ceiling with asbestos in and have the ceiling re-done. It is based in the Bexley area. thanks
