Damp specialists

Posted by Anne Marshallsay, on
I have been advised that the wet patches in my terraced 50's house are likely caused by penetrating rain damp. The wall is damp in the corner of main bedroom & downstairs in corner of lounge, both areas of full force of driving rain/wind. I have also been advised that I have slipped tiles & the glittering needs clearing + some pointing needs attending to. Would these be expensive to repair and would this cure the problem? The roof/loft is dry.

Yes it will be the constant rain that is causing the water to penetrate through the brickwork causing your damp
