We have a brick outbuilding adjoining part of the conservatory where the roof is leaking quite badly and 3/4 walls are now covered in black and white mould. There also appears to be rising damp and mould on the floor. There is a wall mounted radiator out there which must have been installed by the previous owners to aid the problem as it has always smelt a bit damp but in the last 18 months since we last went in there, things seems to have got a lot worse. The damp appears to be penetrating through the adjoining walls through to the conservatory now. Just a tin brown patch at the moment but likely to worse. Is there a specialist who could deal not only with mould removal but also the damp proofing, removal of some mould infested work units in the outbuilding, restoration of roof etc? Or will it require several different tradesmen? Any advice gratefully received.
