We live in a 1930s terrace and smoke is coming into a first floor room. After extensive checks, it's definitely coming up through the floorboards from next door, where the resident smokes inside. We need to take the floorboards up and see where any gaps are to see if we can seal. What kind of tradesperson should we approach for this?
