I need to repair some damage to ceiling caused by storms. Problem itself is solved, but the damage needs to be repaired. Problem is I hear everything from the flat above, is there anything I can do to the noise, such as to install some noise insulating panels from below? Now would be the right time as need to repair ceiling anyway
