I have a extremely enormous evergreen tree in the back garden of a property I own. The neighbours at the back of the garden want me to remove the tree as they say it is affecting their property. However I have no back access and would need peoples fences to be taken down and the water table in the area is extremely high and all the gardens have been serverely flooded before.
