Hi Susie, How we work is that you post a job that you need doing and that job gets sent to tradespeople who carry out that type of work in your area. Up to three tradespeople can then contact you (although the average is 1-2) and when this happens we'll email you to let you know that they've bought your job lead for the chance to quote. The email we send you has a link to their profile pages with us which is where you'll find any ratings and reviews that they've received from previous homeowners who have hired them through us.
