How does the rated people website operate for a customer?

I have created a building job on the website, and have been contacted by builders, but I am not getting the expected rating information by email. I *have* checked my junk folder. What could cause this? I seem to have registered the correct email address because one builder used it to send me an email directly. Also, I am unable to log on to Rated People, and requests for password reset do nothing. Is logging on only for tradespeople and not for customers? I am confused, as you can tell. And I thought I knew about computers! John Green

Hi John, Once a tradesperson expresses interest in your job, we send you an email to let you know. This email contains their information, including a link to their profile with us which is where you'll find their rating information. If you don't have this, I'd recommend contacting our customer care team as they'll be able to help you log into your account too. Thanks, Natalie Ask an expert team
