What is the best method of sound proofing in a terraced house, we have tried rock wall but the sound leaks around and through the ceilings. We hear the neighbours phone clearly ringing in the adjacent room and the kitchens are next to each other, you can clearly hear voices and plates placed on kitchen work surfaces and even bottle tops on the counter top!
