Specialist to undertake full Flat roof to balcony project & access

I am looking for a local specialist who can complete an entire project for me.
This involves recovering a flat roof of a single storey extension (16m x 2.5m area) and creating an outdoor living area (Balcony flooring on existing flat roof and creating enclosure (railings / balustrade / panelling)).
The final aspect will be converting the current upstairs window to French Doors giving access to the balcony.
