I need someone to check my Samsung washerdryer

My Samsung washer/dryer is about 7yrs old. It was very expensive when new (£600+) and has never broken down. It’s supposed to have a silent spin but it is banging and thumping and making a terrible noise. Who should I call to get it fixed?
