What kind of a tradesman do I need for loft condensation and mould in

I have mould on the artex ceiling in the bedroom. I checked the loft above the room and can see condensation above the room. I need to know what is causing the condensation in the attic and why it is affecting the room below it. How do I fix it and what type of tradesman do I need? Thanks.
