Please advise- damp is coming from neighbour. She readily admitted she has had it for ages. need a Small patch in my lounge treated .more importantly source of neighbour damp sorted / stopped. I have a newly refurbished goiter, can not afford damage from neighbour. Please advise costs/ etc
