I have small patch of damp from adjoining wall from neighbours house and mine, Please advise- damp is coming from neighbour. She readily admitted she has had it for ages. need a Small patch in my lounge treated .more importantly source of neighbour damp sorted / stopped. I have a newly refurbished house, survey etc done and complete rennovation. I can not afford damage from neighbour. Please advise costs/ etc and how issue can be resolved. Neighbour is compliant to sort problem, thank you
