Can I have someone check for rising damp please my son is disabled and has been offered a council property however the previous tenant suspects rising damp how can I have this checked and rectified if present as I would need some one to visit my sons home and break down any work required as my son has a low immune system so rising damp could be very dangerous if its present I have photos if helpful.?
