So I purchased my property back in november and I had survey which come out ok. I have recently started renovation including plastering across the house in March. There is certain spots where the plaster would not dry. And most of the house has pretty dried. The bit that's concerning me is the damp spots near the floorboard near the fireplace which is concerning me. I did realise when we went through heavy rainfall a puddle of water under the floor board that has dried out. I just need advise to resolve this damp issue without costing me thousands? My property has not had any heating on so not sure reason?
