What should I do?

Posted by Petra , on
My bedroom is on the other side of my neighbour’s kitchen. For the past two months a very strong cooking smell has been circulating in my room. It is mainly coming through the electrical sockets and light switch (only the ones that are on the wall that’s between me and my neighbour). I have spoken to them and they confirmed that they do use the kitchen extractor as well as the ventilation and both are working well. I trust they are telling me the truth as they are not new neighbours and I live here for a year and a half and never ever experienced this before. The housing association won’t do anything until I prove that it is something to do within the walls/pipes.

What would you like to do now?
